Orlando Cajamarca, CEO of “Fundación Toma Mi Mano,” an organization dedicated to the prevention of child sexual abuse, brings to Evernest Care a strong background in advocacy, community support, and compassionate service. Through years of dedication to protecting vulnerable children and raising awareness within the community, Orlando has developed a deep understanding of the emotional, social, and personal challenges that individuals and families face every day.

His experience extends far beyond advocacy for children, encompassing meaningful support and compassionate care for adults, seniors, and families in need. Orlando is deeply committed to creating environments where people feel safe, respected, heard, and genuinely cared for. His passion for helping others is rooted in empathy, human connection, and the belief that every individual deserves dignity, support, and the opportunity to live with hope and peace of mind.

Daniela Cueva, who holds a medical background and brings over 10 years of experience in elder care, joins Evernest Care with a deep passion for helping, supporting, and caring for others. Throughout her career, she has dedicated herself to improving the well-being and quality of life of those in need, providing compassionate support not only to seniors, but also to children and families facing emotional, physical, and personal challenges.

Her extensive experience in the healthcare and caregiving field has allowed her to develop a strong understanding of the importance of patience, empathy, dignity, and human connection in every aspect of care. Daniela believes that true caregiving goes beyond meeting physical needs—it is about making individuals feel valued, respected, safe, and emotionally supported during vulnerable moments in their lives.

As a woman in the medical field, Daniela has witnessed firsthand the emotional and physical hardships faced by elders who are neglected, isolated, or left without proper care and companionship. These experiences have strengthened her commitment to advocating for compassionate, respectful, and dignified care for every individual, regardless of age or circumstance.

Her caring nature, professionalism, and dedication to serving others are deeply aligned with the mission of Evernest Care. Daniela continues to be driven by the belief that everyone deserves kindness, understanding, and the opportunity to experience care that truly feels like home.

Troy Wesley is a Police Officer with the Detroit Police Department, serving in the 8th Precinct. He brings to Evernest Care extensive experience in community engagement, public service, and collaborative leadership.

As a Neighborhood Police Officer (NPO), Troy is responsible for developing problem-solving strategies to address community concerns, strengthening communication between residents and the Detroit Police Department, and coordinating efforts with city, county, state, and federal agencies, as well as local organizations and community members.

Troy is a dedicated team player who places strong emphasis on daily collaboration, community safety, and initiatives that help maintain public order throughout the 8th Precinct. His commitment to service, leadership, and community care reflects the values and mission of Evernest Care.
